CROSSROADS ?

As the new season fast approaches and I start some new "Rants n Ramblings" on both my beloved Blackburn Rovers & Denver Broncos , I thought I would do a joint ramble. It will be done in no particular order as both provoke high end emotion levels from me as some who know me will no doubt back up.

 The running of both teams cannot be at further ends of the spectrum. Broncos (I seem to recall reading ..correct me if I am wrong ) are currently the 26th richest sporting "franchise" in world sport whilst the Rovers are amongst the worst run in sport . Broncos are negotiating serious million dollar contracts whilst Rovers are run by clueless bungling buffoons ( to put it politely ) who have racked up well over £100,000,000 of debts and cant now pay transfer fees and only pay up to 10k a week in wages.

There have been some similar out of season goings on with of the top players at both teams in close season with Demaryius Thomas and Rudy Gestede both causing unrest and not caring for fans. DT got sorted and got himself a "lifetime " deal and Rudy still wants out of Ewood Park.

Both teams I think are now at the crossroads of their current plights. What I mean by crossroads is that Denvers crossroads is Life After Manning and Rovers is just surviving . Denvers problems will be the same next year as it will be the turn of Von Miller to sit at the big money contract table. I have a feeling also that this will be Manning's last season , I would love to wrong though. This will open a bit of cap room. Then the next decision will be do we run with Brock or do we bring in experience at Brock's expense. 

Rovers crossroads is however more stressful for us fans the way things are going we could very very easily be put into administration which for a club of great history is beyond comprehension. In my old blog I said how the Venkys were slowly killing us and alas nothing has changed . Its a heartbreaking situation we find our selves in and its a disgrace . No one gives a rats arse either which is upsetting. The Venkys have taken us from the 8th best team in the English Premier League to a stage where our very existence is at a perilous stage.

Where will we be this time next year.

Best case scenario . Broncos win the Superbowl and possibly a Manning retirement into the sunset and Rovers to get shut of Venkys and the rebuild goes full force.

Worst case scenario..No Superbowl and no Manning or Von. Rovers to go completely bust.

Here We Go Again

Hi, some have read my rantings before on the other deleted page I had. For those that have just had a nosey at this , I ramble on about things that annoy me ,things I love , Blackburn Rovers & Denver Broncos. I have had to delete my Bronco's website due to operating costs ,so now I will be adding game reports and views on here. Shaun
